Amber's Bakehouse was founded by two 5-star trained chefs, Eva Mariam and Sairaj Ramaswamy, both in their late 20s. With a vision to introduce fine quality baked products in Bangalore/Hennur, they are dedicated to providing distinct service to both corporate clients and families.

Team Amber's is committed to offering high-quality and fresh products made using premium ingredients. We specialize in customized luxury celebration cakes, decadent desserts, artisanal breads and pastries, gourmet sandwiches and salads, and much more.

Meet our chefs

Amber's Bakehouse was born out of love for authenticity in ingredients, freshness and flavour. And the love of chefs Eva and Sairaj. A love that wafts through their dream creation Amber's Bakehouse in every one of their culinary creations.

Chef Sairaj Ramaswamy

Chef Sairaj Ramaswamy sharpened his culinary skills at top-tier brands like The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Red Fork Deli, and Olive Beach, Bangalore. Reflecting on his culinary journey, Sairaj shares, "But it was whipping up delights with my mom since I was 8 that really stoked this lifelong passion for the culinary arts in me. Baking is an art that takes practice to perfect. Working with renowned chefs, I've discovered that quality is the secret sauce in every great dish. Appreciating this very early in my career helps me create custom orders with flair, flavour and finesse.

Chef Eva Mariam

Chef Eva Mariam's adventure began at The Oberoi, Bangalore, where her passion for salads sprouted in 2018. Eva enthuses, "My love for salads started at The Oberoi, Bangalore in 2018, and since then, I've been on a journey to balance ingredients, freshness and flavour. And my mission has been succesful, for guests vouch that our salads are divine - a mystical tapestry of titillating taste and wholesome nourishment. That's a well-balanced meal in a salad. All lovingly crafted by Eva with high-quality, seasonal and fresh ingredients of the day... garnished with a lot of love."
