Chef Sairaj Ramaswamy

Chef Sairaj Ramaswamy sharpened his culinary skills at top-tier brands like The Oberoi Udaivilas, The Red Fork Deli, and Olive Beach, Bangalore. Reflecting on his culinary journey, Sairaj shares, "But it was whipping up delights with my mom since I was 8 that really stoked this lifelong passion for the culinary arts in me. Baking is an art that takes practice to perfect. Working with renowned chefs, I've discovered that quality is the secret sauce in every great dish. Appreciating this very early in my career helps me create custom orders with flair, flavour and finesse.

Chef Eva Mariam

Chef Eva Mariam's adventure began at The Oberoi, Bangalore, where her passion for salads sprouted in 2018. Eva enthuses, "My love for salads started at The Oberoi, Bangalore in 2018, and since then, I've been on a journey to balance ingredients, freshness and flavour. And my mission has been succesful, for guests vouch that our salads are divine - a mystical tapestry of titillating taste and wholesome nourishment. That's a well-balanced meal in a salad. All lovingly crafted by Eva with high-quality, seasonal and fresh ingredients of the day... garnished with a lot of love."
